How fast will the "Royal" fun arrive? We offer three shipping speeds across the USA to ensure your little prince or princess doesn't have to wait too long:

When will my order ship? Most orders are processed and ready for transit within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package starts its journey from our castle to yours.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes! We ship to all valid residential and business addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and military (APO/FPO) addresses.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
What is your return policy? We want every family to be delighted with Royal Romp. If a toy isn't a perfect fit for your kingdom, we accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
What if a toy arrives damaged? Even royal shipments can have a bumpy ride. If an item arrives broken, please email us at info@royalromp.myshopify.com with a photo within 48 hours, and we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
SAFETY & CARE
Are your toys non-toxic? Absolutely. All Royal Romp products are made from non-toxic, BPA-free, and lead-free materials. We only stock items that we would feel safe giving to our own children.
How do I clean my toys? For wooden toys, we recommend wiping with a damp cloth and mild soap. For plastic or silicone items, warm soapy water is usually best. Please refer to the specific care instructions on each product page.
